Bespoke Biking at Romsey Market on Saturdays
Rich House 25 Sep 2018
With both Romsey's Cycle World and North Baddesley's The Bike Centre closing this year it's become difficult to get our cyles repaired. Luckily Bespoke Biking are coming to Romsey Market on Saturdays, starting this week (29th September). Their Tom Patchell says:
Bring your bikes along for repair; or, to donate and we'll find it a loving home. Or, just come along and say hello between 8:30am and 2:30pm
Bespoke Biking is a social enterprise dedicated to getting more people cycling in Winchester. It was founded by Heather Evans over three years ago with monthly sessions in the old YMCA Cafe. Since then they've grown and we now occupying a unit in the Brooks Shopping Centre, where they're open to the public 5 days a week. They fix bikes, teach other people to fix bikes, refurbish and sell old bikes, organise rides, offer cycle training for all ages, hire out bikes & sell useful accessories, and we're always ready to offer a bit of helpful advice on cycling. I've added a them to our Shops page.
